MANAGEMENT TEAM

DAVID MARS

Mr. David R. Mars hes been in the finance and investment business the past 35 years. He attended the U. of Colorado and Washington University where he graduated with a B.S. Degree in Business. Later he moved to New York where he worked for E.F. Hutton for several years. Thereafter he traveled to Europe where he lived and worked for nearly 10 years. While in Europe he started a footwear company (Viking Shoe) and sports apparel company (Doro LLC) both of which were sold to publicly listed companies in the U.S.. He then started Hedmark Inc., a real estate development company that has built, developed, and financed commercial real estate in the U.S. for over 30 years. For the past 22 years he has financed, built, developed, and managed triple net properties in 11 states. Mr. Mars has extensive experience in domestic and foreign banking, currency contracts, hedging contracts, and international loans.

His expertise has been financing and construction, both in the U.S. and in Europe. He has coached and managed the U.S. Mens World Speed Skating Team and the U.S. World Sprint Team for men and women. He also has trained Olympic athletes and was a National U.S. Speed Skating Champion.

DAVID MISHLER

Mr. David J. Mishler has been in the banking industry for his entire professional career. He started at Mark Twain Bank in St. Louis where he worked for more than 4 years. He left to join a de novo bank in 1988 and spent 15 years with them, eventually becoming president of Enterprise Bank. In 2001, he started the Business Bank of St. Louis. With five partners he raised over 10 million dollars during a very difficult time following 9-11. Business Bank of St. Louis is now a profitable $550,000 million dollar bank organization. At the Business Bank, Mr. Mishler built long-term relationships with his clients and viewed his customers as partners.

Mr. Mishler is a graduate of Northwestern University (B.A.) and received his Master of Management degree from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University with an emphasis in finance and accounting.
